Hours: The box office is only on event days from 12:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Fans are able to purchase tickets for any show playing at Jones Beach from the Box Office. Not just the show playing that day.

Parking: General parking is located In field # 5 and Field # 4 at no additional cost. Parking in the VIP Lot is available with a valid VIP/Premier/Reserved/Easy Out ticket. The parking fields are accessible via Bay Parkway and/or Ocean Parkway. The VIP parking field is Lot #5A, and may be accessed off of Bay Parkway traveling East. If you want easier entry and exit, go for Premier Parking. For quickest exit, choose Easy Out Parking.
